About Dr. Roiketa M. Strand
Dr. Roiketa M. Strand is a 2002 graduate of Fort Valley State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC, in 2006.
Dr. Strand has been recognized for her excellence in patient care and clinical skill throughout her career. She was selected as a Top Chiropractor in Blacksburg, VA (2018) and later honored as the Top Chiropractor in Alexandria, VA (2021 and 2022).
With a passion for serving patients of all ages, Dr. Strand believes strongly in compassionate, patient-centered care. Her youngest patient was just 3 hours old, and her oldest was 103 years young—a testament to her ability to treat individuals across every stage of life.

This guiding principle shapes every interaction, ensuring each patient receives exceptional care, respect, and genuine concern for their well-being.

In addition to her strong passion for working with athletes, families, and expectant mothers, Dr. Strand has had the honor of caring for the men and women of our Armed Forces—both active duty and retired. She believes in serving all of humanity with compassion, excellence, and integrity.
Dr. Roiketa M. Strand is also a proud member of the Phi Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her commitment to service extends beyond her practice and into the community through leadership, mentorship, and outreach.
Continuing to expand her impact, Dr. Strand is currently working with her Executive Board on opening her second office in Fayetteville, NC, marking an exciting new chapter in her mission to provide high-quality chiropractic care to more communities.
